What to know before using Image Resizer & Cropper

Choose one JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 30 MB and 40 megapixels. Drag the crop selection, resize its handles, or use keyboard arrows on a focused handle. Choose free crop, a custom ratio, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 3:4, or 4:6. Editor zoom changes only the display. Lock proportions to calculate width and height together; unlock them to stretch to independent dimensions. Output is limited to 8,192 pixels per side and 16 megapixels. Generate the image to see actual encoded size and preview before downloading as JPG, PNG, or WebP. PNG ignores quality; JPG flattens transparency over white. Metadata and animation are not preserved. Photo presets describe aspect ratios only: for a 4 by 6 inch print at 300 DPI, use 1200 by 1800 pixels and set print resolution in your print software. No passport or identity-photo compliance is claimed. Everything runs locally in your browser.
